No More Kissey Kissey for Emraan Hashmi

There will be no more kissing scenes by the Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi, famous for locking lips with almost all of his female co-stars, earning him the tag of “serial kisser.” Hashmi, 28, said, “I intend not to kiss” in future films. He shot to fame with the 2004 Hindi film “Murder,” where his passionate kissing scenes with Mallika Sherawat caused a stir among cinema viewers. The success of “Murder” propelled him to act in movies like “Aashiq Banaya Aapne” (You Made Me a Lover) and “Zeher” (Poison) where he smooched with a number of actresses. “I was typecast,” Hashmi said while promoting his latest film, “Awarapan” (Craziness), which deals with human trafficking in Southeast Asia.
