BREAKING: Chestnut Dethrones Kobayashi and Sets World Record

66 hot dogs including buns in 12 minutes. Joey Chestnut not only sets a new world record but also defeats reigning champion, Kobayashi, in a battle for the ages. Kobayashi ended up with 63 despite his arthritic jaw at 2007 Nathan’s July Fourth International Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island.
The agony of defeat in this case included Kobayashi puking at the end. Blahhhh….!
Update: Make sure you’re not eating anything as you watch the video below… Warning! it’s not for the faint of heart/ weak of stomach.
