Angelina Jolie: From Hollywood Bombshell to Soccer Mom

Angelina Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt now have four children — five year old Maddox from Cambodia, two year old Ethiopian Zahara, Pax Thien (which means “peaceful sky”) and their biological daughter Shiloh Nouvel born in Namibia last May.
As a result of the large family, Jolie told the Phap Luat newspaper, she would take time off from making movies to take care of her brood.
“Now, I will stop making movies and will stay home to help Pax to get used to his new life,” the 31-year-old said.
“I have four children and taking care of the children is the most important thing for me at the moment. I am very proud and happy to be their mother,” she added.
Although she didn’t specify how long her sabbatical would be, Jolie confirmed that she hoped to learn a little Vietnamese so that she can talk to Pax until he’s adjusted to life in the United States.

Angelina left for the Vietnam orphanage after the jump!
In her interview with Phap Luat (Law), Jolie said she would care for the child and was sorry that the adoption had thrown the media spotlight on him.
“Pax is only three years old, and he spent his childhood in the orphanage,” she said, adding she was concerned paparazzi would now start following her son as they had done with Maddox.
“I want to say sorry for bringing this into Pax’s life,” she said.
“We have to learn to adapt to each other and study each other’s languages,” she said of the boy’s future, but promised to bring him to his home country frequently.
“We will also pay regular visits to your country,” she confirmed.
“To the best of my ability I want to understand more about your country, to see what I can do to help,” added the UN Goodwill ambassador. [iAfrica]
Angelina also left a thank-you note for Tam Binh orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, thanking them for taking such wonderful care of 3-year-old son Pax Thien Jolie. Angelina’s thank-you note reads:
“Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my son. He has been with you for years. I’m sure he will miss your beautiful caring staff as much as you will miss him. — Angelina Jolie“
